Salary: From £14/hour.
We are looking for housekeepers for our independent hotel in London who will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained. Some of the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Cleaning and sanitising guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
-Making beds and changing linens
-Vacuuming and mopping floors
-Dusting and polishing furniture
-Replenishing amenities such as toiletries and towels
-Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
-Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
-Assisting with laundry duties as needed
-Following safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
-Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
Must have at least five years experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
Must be able to speak, read and write the english language.
Must be physically fit as our hotel does not have a lift
