Viktoriia highly experienced and results-driven Quality Operations Manager / Quality Manager with 18+ years of professional experience in automotive manufacturing, quality management and quality operations. Throughout her career at LEONI Wiring Systems UA GmbH, Viktoriia has progressed through quality-related positions to a senior management role, gaining extensive hands-on and leadership experience within an international manufacturing environment.
She has strong experience in leading and developing quality teams of up to 25 employees, coordinating daily quality activities, monitoring performance and working closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing and Project teams.
